How we work.

Most engagements are 4 to 8 weeks. We come in, understand the business, design the system, and either hand you the architecture or build it for you and train a digital employee to run it. You're left with a working tool and a worker that already knows your business — not a documentation package and a list of next steps.

Every engagement is built by the operator who shipped MOCO. We stay lean by design — small enough that the work is always done by the person who sold it.

AI Opportunity Assessment

2 weeks, up to 30 hours

For firms with engineering talent already in house — or whoever you hire to build it. We work alongside your team to understand the business, surface where leverage exists, and design a system architecture built specifically to play well with AI agents. You leave with a working blueprint your team can build from, and the experience of someone who's already shipped systems like the one you're building, condensed into a roadmap.

$10,000 to $15,000, fixed at scoping. Credited against a Custom Build if you decide to engage further.

Custom Build

4 to 8 weeks

The full engagement. Two weeks of architecture and discovery, two to four weeks of building, one to two weeks of testing and agent training. You leave with a custom system and a digital employee — an OpenClaw or comparable agent — already trained on your business, your voice, your rules, and your decisions. Most engagements range $30,000 to $60,000, retained monthly.

Includes everything in the Assessment. Quoted in advance, scoped post-call.

System Evolution

Ongoing, optional

For clients who want to keep building. After handoff, we stay available for new systems, new agents, or expanded scope on a project basis. Not a retainer — a relationship.

The digital employee.

Every Custom Build ships with more than a system — it ships with a worker. An autonomous agent trained on your business, your voice, your rules, and your decisions. It runs on dedicated hardware in your environment — typically a Mac Mini or Mac Studio, sized to the workload, purchased at your cost. The agent operates the system we built. It doesn't need supervision. It doesn't burn out. It doesn't forget what it learned last quarter.

This is what separates architecture from consulting. We don't hand you a deck and leave. We hand you a system and a worker, both trained, both operational, both yours.

A note on infrastructure.

Engagements include the system and the agent. They do not include hardware. Depending on the architecture, clients budget separately for on-premises infrastructure (typically a Mac Studio or comparable, $4,000 to $20,000 one-time) or cloud compute (variable, paid directly to the provider). We specify what's needed during scoping and procure on your behalf if helpful.

A note on equity.

For select operators, we structure engagements as equity rather than fees. These are case-by-case conversations.
